What we'll do
Day 1: Marrakech - Tahnaout - Asni - Imlil Valley - Waterfalls - Visits - Marrakech: This Imlil Valley trip takes you from Marrakech to the High Atlas Mountains. A few small villages follow one another between vast expanses planted with olive trees, separated by plant barriers, prickly pears. We will drive towards the Atlas Mountains admiring the breathtaking views of the Berber villages before stopping at the village of Tahnaout to visit the women's argan oil cooperative. Then we will go to the Asni river for a camel ride at the foot of the village of Moulay Ibrahim and also visit the local weekly market (Saturday). You will taste a delicious Berber meal at the locals' to discover the authentic Berber way of life and their remarkable culture.
you will have a cup of mint tea, continue towards the Imlil valley along the river (Ghighaya) an old caravan route. Before lunch you will have a walk to visit the waterfalls then after lunch a short walk to join your car back to Marrakech scheduled for 5:30 p.m.
