Next, we will have a traditional berber meal for lunch in a lovely local restaurant, then continuing towards Ouarzazate, the door of the royal sahara, visiting its old souks and alleyways.
We will also visit the impressive Atlas film studio, where some famous movies and series were made such as: Game of Thrones, Babel, The Jewel of the Nile, Gladiator…
After that, we will continue towards Dades valley, crossing the beautiful Skoura palmary and the fascinating valley of Roses, a green paradise right in the heart of the Sahara desert, where we will have a delicious dinner and spend the night in a lovely hotel.

Later on, we will pass by the Rissani’s sahara market, where we will get a tour of the old village, visiting its colorful market, exploring its ancient culture and getting a real glimpse of the authentic Moroccan architecture.
The last stop on today’s 3-Day Marrakech to Fes Desert tour would be Merzouga, where we will take our camels trekking through the sensational golden sands of Erg Chebbi arriving at our cozy desert camp, to spend the night gathering around the camp, enjoying a tasty berber dinner and sleeping under the starry Sahara night sky in a desert tent.

After that, we will continue through Ifrane, little Switzerland of Morocco, as well as a number of charming berber villages to finally arrive in Fes, Morocco’s oldest city where we would be spending the rest of our afternoon and parting ways at the end of the day and marking the end of our 3-Day Marrakech to Fes Desert tour.

Meet the Local
I'm Moha from Sahara Desert Merzouga , I have found my passion for Culture and Language amongst the majestic sand dunes in the south east of Morocco ” Erg Chebbi”, which is located in Merzouga village. There me and my family led a Nomadic path, wandering through the desert with our family and camels possessing only a tent for shelter. I'm very passionate about educating and informing the general public about our culture and little-known nomadic way of life and about all the great secrets that Morocco holds. I would like to share with you the life of Morocco and the nomadic people in the Sahara Desert. A way of life in a stunning part of the world which by its very nature allowed you to reconnect with yourself and go home with renewed energy and enthusiasm.
