What we'll do
Due to the hidden rich cultural heritage of the karimojong, we shall go to the deep karimojong villages(Kobeyon/Loreng) at the heart of karamoja and we shall introduce you to the hospitable beautiful mothers together with our experienced guides of the karamoja land and they will take you through the various daily activities in the Manyata for example how to prepare local karimojong dishes like (ANGODIC). You shall also be taught how to build the roof of the Manyatas (ATOTO)and the entire Manyata. You shall learn the cultural practices. Learn the karimojong local folk songs that are sung during ceremonies. Learn how to make local brew out of sorghum,maize and millet. Participate in local dances (EDONGA) Get involved in the karimojong traditional wedding (EKIITANU) Make karimojong local crafts like bangles, necklaces and more of the karimojong culture.

The booking fee ($4.40 p.p. included in the displayed price) is non-refundable if you cancel your booking. If a local cancels a booking or does not show up at the agreed time and place, you receive a full refund of the booking fee.
